Refund policy

At KIIYRA, we take immense pride in curating premium women’s apparel that blends style, comfort, and quality. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet expectations, and for such instances, we've crafted a return and refund policy that ensures clarity, fairness, and ease for our customers.

I.  General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Items are eligible for return within 72 hours of order delivery.
  • Product Condition: Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition with original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
    NOTE:PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF THE TAG IS DAMAGED OR REMOVED.
  • Eligible Categories: Suits, Co-ord Sets, Tops, Kurtas, Dresses, Shirts, etc.
  • Non-returnable: Innerwear, final sale or clearance items, and promotional combos.

II.  Return Initiation Process

  • Submit a return request through the Return Portal on [www.kiiyra.com].
  • Include order details, reason for return, and product images (if return is due to damage or defect).
  • Our team will assess and schedule a pickup for eligible locations.
  • If pickup is unavailable, self-ship the product to our designated warehouse.
  • Return Shipping Charges: First return per order is free; subsequent/preference-based returns incur ₹100 deduction. Self-shipping is reimbursed up to ₹100 with receipt approval.

III.  Refund Guidelines

  • Refund issued after returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Quality Control.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI or NEFT (bank details required).
  • Inspection & Approval: 2–3 business days post-receipt.
  • Refund Issuance: 5–7 business days post-approval.
  • Partial returns: Refund only for returned items (excludes shipping/COD fees).

IV.  Return Rejection Policy

  • Signs of wear, damage, washing, or tampering.
  • Missing tags or accessories.
  • Return initiated after 72 hours window.
  • Return not received within 7 days post-approval (self-ship cases).

Rejected items will be sent back to the customer. No refund or exchange will be issued.

V. Exchange Policy

No direct exchanges. To change size/style, place a new order after your return is processed and refund issued.

VI.  Quality Concerns & Defective Items

  • Raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description.
  • If verified, a replacement or full refund will be provided with free reverse pickup.
  • We may reject claims that don’t meet criteria or appear inconsistent with normal use.

VIII.  Fraud Prevention & Abuse Monitoring

  • We may limit or refuse returns from customers with excessive returns or flagged transactions.
  • Accounts engaging in abuse (e.g., discount code misuse, repeated returns of used items) may be blocked.
  • Refunds may be withheld in suspected fraud or policy violation cases.
